Warehouse ’71 started with the idea of making high-quality, premium brand building materials available to DIYers at closeout prices. We began selling discontinued composite decking locally on Facebook Marketplace in the New England area and soon had customers traveling from as far as Albany, NY!

Today, our Scratch & Dent location offers deep discounts on discontinued and seconds (slightly imperfect) materials—perfect for budget-conscious DIYers and creative builders. Products may have minor cosmetic issues like scratches, dirt, or mismatched packaging, but everything we sell is structurally sound and ready to use.

Because condition can vary and inventory changes frequently, we strongly encourage customers to visit our South Windsor, CT warehouse in person to inspect products before purchasing. All items are in-stock and available for same-day pickup.
