Because many of our items are scratch & dent, overstock, or seconds, we encourage all customers to inspect materials in person before purchase. Product condition can vary and seeing it yourself ensures you get exactly what you’re expecting—and an amazing deal to match.
Pickup Is the Way to Go
Pickup is the best way to get your order.
It’s fast, affordable, and gives you full visibility into what you’re buying.
You can schedule your pickup during checkout.
Pickup Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:30pm ET
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM will not be available until 1:00 PM the next business day
Can I Ship My Order?
We offer limited shipping options on a case-by-case basis. Because our inventory includes long, heavy, or irregularly shaped products, many orders must be picked up in person or shipped via LTL freight at the buyer’s cost. If you’re unable to pick up your order, please contact us before purchasing to discuss availability and pricing.
Pickup Vehicle Requirements
Safety is our top priority—for you and our team. Most products cannot be transported in a car, SUV, or short-bed pickup. Please review the vehicle guidelines below before arriving.
You’ll need:
- The appropriate-sized vehicle for your materials
- Heavy-duty straps and tie-downs
- Someone to help with loading if your order is large
If you arrive without the right vehicle, we’ll hold your order until you can return with one that meets the requirements.

*We recommend Budget or Penske. These box trucks have flat floors (do not have wheel wells protruding into the box), which allows us to load your order quickly.
**U-Haul truck have WHEEL WELLS and may require you to hand load your order. Use the deck length of the truck to assess if your order will fit. Do not use the total truck length as that includes the bulkhead which is not usable storage space.
Two Pickup Methods
Packed on Pallet
For large orders (25+ boards of decking, siding, or trim), we’ll pre-pack your order on a pallet and load it directly into your box truck or trailer. Return your pallet in good condition within 10 business days and we’ll refund your deposit.
Self-Load
For smaller orders, we’ll bring your materials to your vehicle and assist with hand loading. We recommend bringing an extra set of hands for heavier items.
No Pets, Please.
No pets allowed. For safety reasons, please do not bring pets when picking up your order. Thank you for your cooperation.
