Our Warehouse is Open to the Public
Our substantially-sized warehouse—big enough to fit THREE airplanes inside—is stuffed with decking, railing, and siding materials, all sold for twenty to forty percent below average retail price. With so many products at such reasonable prices, you’re probably thinking, “what’s the catch?” No catch here! Our products are considered by the manufacturer as closeout, discontinued, or overstock, which is how we keep our prices low. Despite this, our products are brand new, featuring modern colors and styles to suit any home’s aesthetic; and durable enough to stand the test of time without looking a day older! Best of all, our products still carry their factory warranty.

Our updated 1,600 square foot showroom includes exclusive features such as:
- A wide array of samples to showcase all product colors and styles currently available in the warehouse, and even some to take home.
- Interactive decking and railing displays, along with a fastener station to test various screws and clips with cordless drills on site.
- Examples of DIY projects created from product scraps and leftovers.
- “Customer Success Stories” displayed on our showroom television, where our customers show off their finished projects and give some insight on their positive experiences with us.

Our parent company is the largest distributor of Azek® Exterior Trim and TimberTech® Decking & Railing in the country. We offer a wide selection of products from these brands along with many other notable brands such as Diamond Kote®, TandoShake®, Versatex®, and Deckorators®!

You can stay on track and finish your project on your terms without interruptions, because you’ll never have to worry about out-of-stock notifications or supply chain disruptions at Warehouse ’71! We only sell what’s available in our warehouse, and products available online will be available for purchase immediately.
Pickup or Delivery? We’ve Got Both!
We strive to offer the most convenient shopping experience that we can for our customers. We work around your schedule to best suit your needs! You can schedule your readily available products to be picked up at the warehouse Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4:30 pm. We even offer same day pickup, or we can deliver your products right to your door!*
