Warehouse ’71 is Born!
Warehouse ’71 started with the idea of making high-quality, premium brand building materials available to DIYers at closeout prices. We began selling decking locally on Facebook Marketplace in the New England area, and soon had customers traveling from as far as Albany, NY! We offer premium brands of composite decking, deck railing, siding and more for 20%-40% off big box store pricing. Our inventory consists of recently discontinued colors, product lines, and overstocked materials that carry full manufacturer warranties from premium brands you can trust like TimberTech®, AZEK® Exteriors, Deckorators®, Diamond Kote® and more.
New Website & Online Shopping
We launched a brand-new website where you can read inspirational and educational blogs, sign up for our newsletter, and check out recent customer before -and -after projects. The best part of our site is an online store that makes shopping for our brands easier than ever! Find up-to-date inventory, pricing and new products, all available to order from the comfort of your home.
Social Media Growth
To engage even more with our customers, we launched accounts on Facebook and Instagram this year. We share DIY projects, updates on available products, fun videos and more, so be sure to follow us and look out for our YouTube channel next year!

Dave Stoddard
Chris Chaffin, Sales and Business Development Associate for Warehouse ‘71, has been keeping things entertaining on our social media platforms with Flannel Fridays, educational videos, and tons of other funny and relatable content! His decking and siding product and installation knowledge has helped many Warehouse ’71 customers with their projects. Another addition we made to the Warehouse ’71 crew this year is Dave Stoddard, Logistics Specialist. He helps with organizing inventory, picking and packaging orders, and making sure orders are secure and undamaged.
We Deliver!
Warehouse ’71 started off doing all will-call sales. Customers would order their products, come pick them up, lug them into their vehicle and take them home. That is a lot of work. We know you’ve spent time and energy planning the perfect project so we want to help you get your product home safely and quickly so you can get started! We partnered with two carriers who are allowing us to deliver to our customers throughout the Northeast region. If you have a local delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 days. For orders further than 150 driving miles from our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within 5-7 days.
Sample by Mail Program
We launched a sample by mail program where you can order product samples of our premium brands. This makes it easier to decide what color you want for your decking, railing, or siding without having to leave the house! Samples can be shipped to your home via FedEx within 5-7 business days and in your sample box you’ll receive a postcard with a $15 coupon code that you can use on your next order! How awesome is that?!
